During suspension, you will not be able to access your account, place bets, or request withdrawals until the investigation is resolved.
You may request voluntary account closure or self-exclusion at any time by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion is a responsible gaming tool that closes your account for a minimum specified period (typically 6 months, 1 year, or permanent). During self-exclusion, you will not be able to reopen your account or create new accounts on k1234.
